Agency aims to establish transportation funding criteria, More transparent, objective analysis - and fewer politics - could soon determine which road projects are built in Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla counties. The city and county commissioners who make up the Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency on Monday took the first step toward putting in place a committee tasked with establishing criteria. Freshening up I-Drive, For countless tourists who have tramped through Central Florida's theme parks over the decades, International Drive was a home away from home, a place to sleep and eat and play an arcade game or two. When their brief vacations ended, International Drive was what they remembered of Central Florida outside the gates of the Magic Kingdom and the promenades of Universal Orlando.
